Hi all,
Mine was done in 15 mins, didn't even see a judge, Really worried and have the OR interview next week, what do they ask?0 -
I had my OR interview yesterday, she went through the SOA and just checked a few things... what my self employment was (I am both employed and self employed), what my debts were and how I'd got into debt, the reason for going bankrupt, she double checked I don't pay out for childcare.... They also checked I understood the BR process, what I could/couldn't do and asked for a further few bits of paperwork... Nothing scary at all. Have you SOA infront of you all will be fine x0

That is quick jayjayuk, here's to your new start
OR interview is nothing to worry about, its just for the OR to get a feel why you went BR. Before the call just look through your 6.28/SOA so your familiar with what you have said. The OR will just go through your 6.28/SOA with you. Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Do have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask. Can last anything from half an hour to an hour and a half.
TheGardener's post is good too — >http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=64671866&postcount=3
