As of yesterday i am now officially Bankrupt whole process was pretty straight forward and took around 2.5 hours from start to finish most of the time waiting around and sitting in the cafe.
My advice from being in court yesterday would be not to mess with the Bank of Scotland every case was them and a army of lawyers vs the little man or woman.0 -

Had my interview with the OR today all good and was done within 40minutes. One thing though if you, like me, don't have a land line, be aware that they may ask you to phone them back for the interview so make sure if you are on payg you have plenty of credit. Fortunately I'm on a contract with shed loads of minutes!0

I'm glad your call went well Lou, that is a bit cheeky asking you to call them eh!!"If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

Yes I know! They said they can't accept the charges that such a long call (or potentially long) to a mobile would incur... I suppose another way around it would be to arrange use of a landline elsewhere, perhaps that of family or friend, solely for the interview and inform the OR of that number.0
