  • Does anyone remember a chocolate bar called Tiffin. It had small bits of biscuit in the chocolate and I think it had raisins in as well.

Don't know who made it, probably Rowntree, I am sure it wasn't Cadbury.

I miss Lemon Polos. Not the lemon ones from the Fruit Polo pack, nor the Citrus Sharp ones they had a few years ago (although they were also yummy). Just the packets of pure lemon ones. They were lovely!

Come to think of it, what happened to Polo Holes that you could buy? They were cute :)

I really miss berry splits from Walls. It was an ice lolly with berries on the outside and ice cream in the middle

Germolene in the small round yellow tin. It was pink and sticky and oily and worked really well.
I know there is a modern white version but it is not the same.

I was in a medical museum yesterday and there it was, I nearly asked to have a smell of it but thought others might think me a bit odd :D

    I remember Germolene in a tin. :)

What about Eucryl powder toothpaste that also came in a tin. My parents were both smokers, so they used that. I used to use it too as I prefered it to the tube of Aquafresh.
