    I loved the beef, plain and cheese and onion potato puffs - was never a fan of the cheese and tomato.


    Best enjoyed as a huge mouthful!

    Sharps Buttersnap, Buttermint, and Swisskit.

    Loved Ice Breaker chocolate bars, Milk Tray chocolate bars and I'm another that loved Fry's 5 centre.

  • Does anyone remember a chocolate bar called Tiffin. It had small bits of biscuit in the chocolate and I think it had raisins in as well.

    Don't know who made it, probably Rowntree, I am sure it wasn't Cadbury.

  • Milky Lunch chocolate bar (a bit like a Milky Way but much chewier)

    Jamboree bags

    Tudor brand mint sauce-flavoured potato crisps (made in Chester-Le-Street, I think)

    McGowan's Highland Toffee (probably still available up in Scotland. I do hope so).

    I can't remember the last time I saw aniseed balls.

    Or those Hovis bread-rolls shaped like a miniature loaf

    Jubblie lollies still in sains and Morrisons!

    Ice cream chewits still exist.

    I'm not sure of brand but JTF stocks soap flakes.

    Things I miss, Mountain Dew (not energy) before it was banned by Europe, little crisps that were sort of puffed up saucer shapes but similar texture to Pringles. Can't recall name.

    Mini Pringles and polo holes too!
