I am so pleased with my bedroom furniture - delivered and assembled (where necessary) at 7a.m., by arrangement. So efficient, so considerate, so polite.
They put carpet down to protect my wooden flooring, wore protectors over their shoes and were in and out in one hour.
This is the second time I have had large furniture delivered from M&S and have been more than pleased on both occasions.

Yes i have found their delivery men very helpful and careful. However after reciveing a side table that was nothing like the colour advertised i won,t be using m&s for furniture again as it cost me £50 to retun it. :eek:Debenhams delivery men are also very good. I changed my mind twice about where the bed they had assembled should go, no problem at all for them.:T
Lovely to have nice pleasant service0 -
Are they their own delivery men or from a courier company?Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. Not sure how it works but they introduced themselves as M&S, complete with identity cards. Also, I think, with it being 7am, can't be sure, but I think they were wearing M&S logo on uniform.
Not an M&S van though.0 -
We are not so happy , M&S brought forward the deliver date for our furniture delivery, which is no problem but neglected to phone us with the delivery slot. When we contacted them they said ,Oh it will be between 7 & 9 am and on telling them we would be out for part of the time they said tough it cannot be altered now , if you are not in we will charge you for a re-visit. Very unhappy with their delivery procedures and customer service attitude. You scullion! You rampallian! You fustilarian! I’ll tickle your catastrophe (Henry IV part 2)0
