I thought i would give my dd a birthday gift of a provisional driving lisence. ( as well as other items) I applied online to this site
https://dvla-driving-licence.co.uk/contact.php. Worse thing was i paid via debit card. It is £90 and NOT the official site. They claim to give you a refund and 24/7 online help.well its bern 4 days no refund or contact. Any advice from any wigs out there would be appreciated

    What would you claim for?
  • I really need to get my ar*e into gear and set up some similar sites charging for DVLA, Passport, EHIC, etc forms. They must be a real money spinner. :D

If you have not done so, comply with the dsr and returnn everything to them using recorded delivery asking for a refund.

After allowing a reasonable period send them a letter before action, and if this fails proceed to MCOL.

If I understand correctly this is an electronic service and upon completion send you a pre-completed form. So not so simple to use dsr

Looking at their website briefly, it seems they actually offer refunds less £8 admin fee at any point up to completion

Chances are they have already completed what they were contracted to do.
