Mighty deals ignoring me

    Mighty deals have finally got back to me & told me they're refunding both payments??!!??
    Which is not what I asked for, feel like banging my head against the wall, have used Groupon & Living social many times with no problems, will never be using mighty f*#k-ups ever again
  • Ordered 2 Spanish hampers 1 arrived late but in good condition. Sadly the other arrived late not in the hamper box but in 4 marks and spencer wine boxes. All of the food boxes were damaged and wet meaning the contents were crushed and inedible. We had two bottles of wine missing. Have emailed the company over the last 10 days but no reply, I understand that we've had Christmas but not for 10 days!!!! This was a Christmas present for our parents but naturally we can't give it to them. Absolutely appalling customer service, it would appear that once they have your money they don't want to know.

    The MD Rep hasnt logged on since the 17th of December, maybe he's been told to stay away during the money making period.

  • Well before Christmas, I ordered an iphone 5c in blue for my son.
    A phone arrived quite quickly to my works address - I work in a school but it was 'white' and heaviliy scuffed (It stated there may be slight scuffs). I contacted Mighty Deals on the 15th December who told me to return recorded delivery 2nd class with a covering letter stating that I wanted a replacement. I ended up posting Special delivery at a cost of over £7 as the 2nd class postage only covered the item up to £40. I tracked the parcel and it was received by the merchants on 16th December.
    I received no answers to my emails asking where my new phone was from until 22nd December, when I was asked for my tracking number.
    Despite opening several tickets and replying directly to both Liam and Stephanie who seemed to be dealing with my case, I have been completely ignored! I have received neither a new phone or a refund and have around 6 emails completely ignored!

  • I went on Twitter and tweeted that I want my refund that I've been promised since October. Got a swift reply to say sorry and that my refund was on its way and should be with me tomorrow. I also asked for this in an email.

    Human error by all accounts. I won't jump for joy until I see money in my account.

    I agree, they may offer deals but is it worth the hassle when the deals don't materialise.
