I purchased a voucher on mighty deals on he 30th Mar 2014 for a digital camera £288.98 including the extra for postage.
I redeemed my voucher on 31st Mar and received an email confirming redemption. The email said allow up to 24 days for delivery.
I have not received the camera, when I log on to the voucher on the my deals section it says the voucher has expired???
I have sent requests on the website using the 'ticket' system. Each time these requests are being shown as solved but no one is replying to me!!
There are no other contact details showing who is supplying the camera so i have no one else I can contact :-(
Can anyone help??0 -

Helena from Mighty Deals has stopped replying to my emails too. I bought two codes for the same product and one of them was declared invalid by the merchant. The other worked at the third attempt BUT the product is now lost in the postal system and the Post Office are trying to locate it.
Consequently I have absolutely nothing for my purchases and am out of pocket.
Not really consoled by the fact that I'm not the only one.0 -
I am having problems today with redeeming a voucher with 'Hot-Spice' for two passport document holders. I got the vouchers today but they were not accepted on the webpage. The screen just went blank on me. No matter how many times I tried I could not get past the initial checkout page. Also Mighty Deals stated on the voucher that the delivery charge was per voucher, but the checkout showed a charge per item. I have emailed them via their contacts procedure and tried, unsuccessfully to telephone them. Reading all the problems others have had I do hope that Mighty Deals do respond within the promised 48 hours otherwise I will be very upset.0

Hello (text removed by MSE forum Team) or any of the cowards working for MD
I have also been trying since Friday 1st August 2014 to speak to someone regarding a refund and even threatened legal action against your company and you have chosen to ignore my emails.Any reputable company would have advisors who have the balls to speak to the customers, rather than hide behind a computer. You promised I would have a refund within 7- 10 working days depending on my card provider and have failed to do so even though it only takes 3-4 days to refund to my card with every other retailer in the UK. You are even ignoring requests from paypal to get in touch with them regarding this matter. I wonder if you are going to be the better person and ring me direct on 07513240*** to discuss this matter. I won't hold my breath as I assume you are just as bad as the rest of your staff, so please prove me wrong. I am going to give you 24 hours from now to respond and then I will start a campaign via social networking and the press to make sure you don't rob any other people of their hard earned cash and make sure people see MD for who they really are and that is a bunch of online muggers. Whatever the outcome,I will never use MD again and will be going to court for compensation and any interest I have lost. You guys should be ashamed of the way you treat customers, especially as you are associated with money expert(OH THE IRONY)
With not so Kind Regards,

Hello Leolady7,
I can't check your account, without a valid email address. I 'think' I do know your account. My understanding was you didn't redeem your voucher and it expired after 30 days. We however offered you a refund in the form of Mighty Cash so you could go back on the site and purchase the item again.
Can you please email customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk as without having your email address I am not 100% sure I am actually correct in my response.
Kind Regards,

Did you need to post that 5 times?!?
Is that an actual email you sent Mighty Deals, or just a forum rant?
I'm hoping it's the latter because then you can send them a clear, concise email tomorrow without the emotion. Preferably without the potentially libellous comments!
Be aware though, that if you threaten legal action you really need to carry the threat through. No doubt some companies hear that all the time and it will be water off a ducks back until they receive the notification.
Also, you may want to delete your number from your post(s) as this is a public forum and you could end up getting a lot of junk calls/texts!
Edit:
Something like this:(Text removed by MSE forum Team) ,

About a month ago I made 2 purchases on mightydeals website. The reason I purchased them separate was because I had 2 £5 mighty cash to use. The items were £10.99 each and with the £5 off they showed I was paying £5.99 each. I used my existing credit card and paid for the items.
I received my credit card statement the other day which showed I had made 1 purchase of £21.98. I contacted mightydeals and they say I didn't use any mighty cash.
I contacted my credit card company who said that mighty deals do not put payments through live, and manually put them through later and have grouped the 2 together using the full amount and not the discounted amout.
Mightydeals have agreed to give me £10 mighty cash on my account as long as I make another purchase and use it within 7 days. They refuse to refund the £10 to my credit card.
My credit card company has advised me to close my account and not use the website, and are sending me a claim form to fill in.
If you do have to use mightydeals then the safest way is with PayPal as the payments are live and you can see exactly what you are paying.
The safest way is to avoid mightydeals completely and close your account.0
