    That's the crux of the matter, k3lvc, but the law has to match reality to some extent. If you're hired to manage customer A and business changes so there isn't enough work with Cutomer A then you've either got to work on customer B's account or be fired.

    I could see some cause of action if you could prove there was intentional dishonesty, but I don't doubt there is something in the contract to allow just that change of roles.
