On BBC breakfast this morning they were talking about utilities and mentioned this programme saying "If you would like some tips on saving money on your utility bills watch insideout tonight on BBC One"
I opened up the guide to set it for record and found out it was actually about stealing gas and electric!
I guess that is one way to lower your energy bills!0 -

No doubt this is why the providers are wanting customers to pay ££ billions for smart meters to deter tampering - nothing to do with being 'green'.0
