For a web page or PDF the <CTRL F> to find a £ or % is also a way to do this quickly.
I agree. Bear in mind I was replying to a post which said:
"Never, ever, tick a box to say you agree to something when you haven't even read it, let alone understood it!"
You can't fully understand something you've only skim read. What will your verse be?

Here's the page you land on if you're passed through...
https://www.the1loan.co.uk/verification.php
See the bit that says "Terms and Conditions"?...it's just after you enter your card details and just before you hit "Get My Loan".
You'll note here that they're giving a loan to Ms Sfdsf Dsfdsf. You can't see from this page, but they reside at Buckingham Palace, London, employed as a cleaner, and earning £45m per annum!0 -

It's still rather misleading though, you must admit. Starting on the other site would make you think it's that site you're dealing with.
It would be like if I did an online shop with Asda and were then taken to Tesco's website to checkout. What will your verse be?

The only bit I disagree with on that page is that the T&Cs are very difficult to read in that small window. However, I'd copy and paste them into a word document for easier reading.0 -
I think they use the 16 digit number and CVV to get the money? If they are not available because the card has been cancelled then surely they cannot get the money?
That's why I'm saying the transaction is legitimate.0 -

You've neglected to quote the other part of my post. The guy probably thought he was dealing with the site where he started. It's not clear why he was taken to 1loan at all.
Like I say, it would be like shopping with one site and then being taken to another to checkout. Doesn't make sense other than to confuzzle people! What will your verse be?

That is not where I landed and I am not so stupid to not be aware that something was amiss had I seen the mention of Buck Palace!!0 -

I put in ficticious details on the merryloan site (because an earlier poster said they daren't proceed), including saying MY address was Buckingham Palace and that I earned £45m per annum.
They said I'd been accepted for a loan and passed me through to 1loan who simply wanted my card number.
Sorry for confusing you!0
