Money back from Scs I don't want my sofa anymore

Hello everyone.
We bought our sofa from SCS in Feb 2013 but wasn't delivered while beginning of April.
We only paid £800 for the sofa but we've already had to have it repaired once (scs did this through warranty) as a spring came out.
The same has happened again and from where we've sat the sofa is really comfortable. Its a recliner, but you can feel all the metal. Unfortunately this is only where we have sat, I know its cheap foam they've put in it, but still I was hoping it was going to last more than a year.
The back corners are also starting to dip, I know I'm not explaining this very well, but where we've leaned its starting to bow a little. Like this ( but horizontal if you get me?
Really sorry, I understand some of this is wear and tear but surely not all, its not like we are hippos and weight is causing it, my partner weighs just over ten stone and his side is knackered.
My question is, how likely am I to get a refund.

Unlikely but they will probably send someone to repair it/replace the foams.Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards.
