sky broadband keeps cutting off since september and no fix what can i do?

i know how to get in ive done it loads in the past its just not working and atm i just dont have the brain capacity with the baby

There is no "o" in "admin" or "sky"0 -

This is the routers IP address, just click on it. If you have an SR101 hub it should work. Always assuming you are actually connected to it and not next doors wifi!!That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
If you have a noisy line, THAT is the cause of the issues.
Get them to fix that, and it'll likely resolve the Internet issue too.
