sky broadband keeps cutting off since september and no fix what can i do?

    Dig out your hub user guide, how to log in to your router is towards. the back.

    i know how to get in ive done it loads in the past its just not working and atm i just dont have the brain capacity with the baby :( ive asked my mate to try but hes not getting here for an hour or so. so with a bit of someone elses clarity i may be able to post it lol

    This is the routers IP address, just click on it. If you have an SR101 hub it should work. Always assuming you are actually connected to it and not next doors wifi!!

    If you have a noisy line, THAT is the cause of the issues.

    Get them to fix that, and it'll likely resolve the Internet issue too.
    Noisy line = crap connection.

    By the way, sky and virgin are not the only phone and broadband suppliers.
