Absolutely, RT. I didn't get the name quite right, but its simply the board thats on here, for over 50s: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=26 Voila :)

    Today, hmmm, the essentials:
    - 2 hours client work
    - cleaning before first client arrives :o
    - off to the local post office to post the Amazon book that sold over the weekend.
    - take pix of the ski stuff, and accept the reduced rate ebay listing that I *did* get an invite to (I suspect nearly everyone who's ever sold on ebay got an invite :D though I *have* just started up again).
    - any spare time, start on the editing.

Well, I didn't get one:mad:. Sold hundreds of things on there in the past but not for over a year now and was going to get started again to have a good money-making blast before Christmas.

Oh CBC! I'm sorry :( apologies if I upset you :(

Then maybe it really is because I happened to have started up selling just last month - I put a few books on (which haven't sold) and now I've put my sister's cushions on. Ski stuff today.

Really sorry if I offended you.

Aww, Karmacat, you're so sweet:A. You haven't upset me in the slightest:). I was on another thread on here and someone mentioned the same thing yesterday and she was on a listing blitz because of it. I checked all my messages on eBay but there were none about that offer:(. I haven't listed for about a year(but have bought stuff as recently as Friday) so maybe they think I'm no longer a seller:doh:

Have a good week. I love reading of all that you manage to cram in to your days:)

    Okay, thats good :)

I love being able to cram stuff in - I'm a bit burned out on my actual profession, hence all the time I have :D plus I do feel I'm slowly recovering from the health and other crap that happened in 2009. And being on the home run to retirement will help that along nicely :)

Poor him :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (also *not*) :p anyway, he's got you to keep him young :D my business partner is 67, is still the captain of the 5 a side football team he plays for, jogs, plays tennis, does weights, all sorts of stuff. Of course, I tell him I hate him for it at any opportunity :D which is deep affection in Scouse terms :D it just means pacing and care, thats all :)

Another good over 60 perk is free eye tests.

60 still seems to be the age where being a senior kicks in. Since he turned 60, Mr Goldie has enjoyed lower memberships fees for National Trust and English heritage, reduced entrance fees at various attractions, lower price cinema tickets and lower ticket prices on some theatre tickets.

You can also join the B&Q Diamond Club, and get 10 % off on Wednesdays!

They seem very trusting at these places - Mr Goldie has never been asked to prove his ago - I tell him it's because he looks old!:rotfl:
