I've sort of been doing that since then, so to speak
- I have an account with betfair, and they remember me, so no signup offer there.
- the account I used to use for matched betting doesn't exist any more, so I *have* to use a new one. I have 2 to choose fromah yes, the life and times of an mse-er
- I remember decluttering my notes about which bookie I'd signed up withnow this could be a problem. My only hope is that when I moved house, I also moved town, and my accounts are new, as I say. Maybe I should also open up a new email address ... actually, I have a spare one I don't use
this is slightly tricky!
Bored now ... so a quick 20 minutes in the garden with safety goggles, safety gloves and a hedge trimmer, along with various other gubbins - I'm off out this evening, so hope everyone has a good afternoon and evening2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Thank-you for thinking of us hunny bun! We are both very touched that you sent loveing thoughts & words our way.:kisses3:
(Yes I did live in the southern states once upon a time - a long time ago! - sometimes the lingo creaps back - lol)
I echo that sentiment as well. xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
When you say account, do you mean bank account KC? If so, I'd recommend a H@lifax reward one, free £5 enough and the transfers required in/out more than meet the funding requirements for a typical month.
As regards not remembering which bookies you signed up for, did you tend to use the sam login details for each? If so, it's probably just a case of using the 'I've forgotten my password' on the main websites.
If it would help, I'll send you a list of the 10 or so easiest bookies that I stated with so you can compare and contrast?0 -

I'm tempted to start again, but I have a feeling thats not allowed ...

Otherwise, I've just had a cancellation for this morning  so just one client today, plus a whole load of note-taking, and a bit of texting too, for good measure.
Yesterday was almost as lovely as Saturday, and the evening definitely was. Managed a bit of gardening just before dark - I think I have ground living bees at the end of the garden, so I must be careful not to disturb their little nests when I'm weed-clearing. And board games - astonishingly poor scores, then a mega score that saw me win the fast version of Monopoly that we play :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I love being competitive when things don't matter a stuff
So, this is the to-do list for today:
- texting
- notetaking
- session
- banking: money in, money out.
- post office - 1st & 2nd class stamps, premium bonds
- Iceland - onions, cheese, frozen veg.
- finish the stencils! Or abandon them, you have to actually do it to do it, if you know what I mean!
- scan a couple of maps from the library book, note taking for the book has finished, ta-da!
- check the swag place, and see if my little £3 voucher has turned up.
- w/m on, ooh, I can do that now.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Updating ... and I've taken my vitamins too
Me three - thanks for the reminder! - my schedule is so out of sorts atm!
Stuck at home working as no trains running this morning - well the one an hour that is running is triple the usual travel time!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! (24 OCT 2016)(With heartfelt thanks to those who have gone before us & their indubitable generosity.)...and now I have a mortgage! (23 AUG 2021)New projection - 14 YEARS 10 MONTHS LEFT OF 20 YEARS (reduced by 15 mths)Psst...I may have started a diary!0 -
I haven't played any board games for a while, but we used to spend hours playing Trivial Pursuit. We used to play girls v boys, and one of the boys was intensely competitive and couldn't bear it when the girls won. My general knowledge is quite good, so us girls would often win, it was quite entertaining seeing him get cross! :rotfl:Early retired - 18th December 2014
If your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough0 -
Hello! RT, I hope you've been able to use your time productively - not nice to be hanging around ... (well, sometimes it is
).
Goldie - I know what you mean about being *really* competitive! The other woman in our little pack used to be like that, but since she's got into reiki, she's calmed down a lot :rotfl:
Ahem, my trip out has been abandoned - its been raining hard for 5 hours now, and since I don't *have* to go out, I'm notSo now I'm "off out" down to the kitchen instead, to cook a sort of flatbread that Pippi taught me, and pretend I can design stencils

Well got two things done that I'd been putting off - our October budget (I know it's the 6th!) and my reclaimable expenses (some from May but most from September!) Almost £600 due back, so well worth the effort.:D I should be more diligent - I'm not, but I should be!
I must admit that I feel most grumbly  when my schedule goes astray due to outside forces, but I've had a nice quiet day & unreachable except by phone as my dial-in kept cutting out:rotfl:- Tomorrow shall be back to the grind.
I've had good news though - a work colleague has resigned effective end of the month - Whoop Whoop - I shall say no more:D - Ok just one more - good things come to those who wait!
