    Thank you earthgirl :)

And thank you for the router advice, Z :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I haven't done quite enough since this morning, as I slept quite badly - I have a feeling I might sleep badly again without OTC remedies, so I'll go the OTC route tonight. It was raining, I couldn't work in the garden, thats my excuse :)

    Oh how you've lived :rotfl:.

At work I once had a tour of a crematorium including seeing the cremulator, which grinds up the pelvis and other bones that survive the burning, at work . The staff were a bit disappointed I only went _pale_ and not 4320.gif or fainting-smiley-emoticon.gif

    Omigod!

And as for the lurvely bottle on display up there - you know that for certain Stargate fans, Jack Daniels is a very important drink, don't you? :D

I'm sure the road party for the queen that was supposed to take place in my road today has been moved - only an hour to go, and there's no sign of anything - there's been a *lot* of rain. Part of me wants to go take pictures of the new venue, part of me wants to use what energy I've got to straighten things out in the kitchen or the bathroom - I do feel that with the current issues going on, I need to be able to drop everything and get on a train and head up north. At least I've adapted the packing list on my phone from weddings to emergencies.

They're both important. I'll do both. At least I'll sleep tonight - and I did last night too :jnot Jack Daniels but Boots :o

Am also investigating low carb diets, and wondering what I can do at my energy levels. Interesting times!

I once saw a PC from a crem. It had a lot of dust in it. A *LOT* of dust. As though it was from a smoker with a 20 per hour habit.

The Sixth Sense hadn't long been out, so there were plenty "I see dead people" jokes...

I did like that film :)

Street party! The "marquees" have turned up - about 10 x 10 feet, they should have seen the marquee I was in a fortnight ago - the area set aside for the ladies toilets was twice that size :D

Thanks earthgirl :) I did, thank you, a bit rainy to stay out, but pleasant in any case. And the local kids got into the disco competition the local "street party" was having :) there was a lot of fuss about closing the road and I expected trestle tables full of cupcakes and sausage rolls, thats what was implied, but nothing of the sort happened - turns out there was a fully funded party going on in the municipal park in the centre of my little town :)

Today is my weekend day number three :j at least in terms of not seeing clients, and I hope no phone calls, though there's definitely emails. Just done a huge one, and another one to do, plus various assorted tasks that will help me on my way. A ta-da list would be better than a to-do list, I think :D

And oh bliss, a third night of great sleep, aided by my trust OTC meds ... zzzzzzzzzz ... life is very different when you get enough sleep :j

Hi Karmacat I hope that your weekend day 3 pans out well for you. Wet here, but only really the second day of rain for ages, a lot of the rain and all of the thunder storms seem to have passed us by. I am grateful for what we have had as my (rather large) garden is in a sorry state, I wasn't ill when we bought this bungalow and the garden was one of the main factors for me. Now at least I do not need a crow-bar to extract the majority of the weeds, and hopefully my herbaceous borders will recover somewhat if I am able to pace myself:)

Would you mind sharing with me which sleep aids have helped you either here or a PM? (I appreciate what works for you may not for me, but it would give me a starting point). I haven't had a good night's sleep for ages and I am so slow and sluggish. Shopping shortly for light and energy giving foods, or at least non-stodgy things for me, all as usual for OH:D
