- clean porch (also untouched  Gally will kill me!)
That's if the mould doesn't get your first.
All right, slight air of desperation ...
I have mislaid both my credit cards, my debit, one of my backup flash drives and the set of keys that has my bank's secure thingy on it. None of it has been with me as I've left the house, and they're not where they're supposed to be.
I'm getting a bit lost for places to look: I've emptied out my handbag (onto the patio!) my desk drawers, carefully examined each shelf of the bookcase.
Any votes on where I should look next?
Yours, worriedly ....
They're in your other bag. You know, the one you don't use but thought it would be handy to pop them in........A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Well I suppose the good news is if you find one I'm guessing you'll find all? (We won't think about the flip side of that........)

Erm, they were in the bag I'd looked in. But I hadn't looked in it while under a bright light, and I missed them:o:o
Off to the post now, before I make even more of a clot of myself :rotfl: thank you all :kisses3:

Don't worry lots of us have done similar things (often), but my OH takes the biscuit! We had flown from Heathrow to Frankfurt and at the end of the 2 hour wait there our flight was called, he couldn't find his ticket and passport, wouldn't let me look in his bag, nor the rather commanding lady from Luftwaffe. at the very last minute when she was just about to try and have our baggage removed he found it - in his bag where it had been all along:eek: We were the very last to board, so embarrassing:o As soon as we were safely seated I demanded said documents and kept them safely with mine in zipped inner pocket of my bag, for the duration of the two weeks holiday in China, right up until we had landed back at Heathrow. I did eventually forgive him, but I will never forget:).The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

Thank you all! I'm glad I don't have to call it a senior moment
Because of all that kerfuffle, I'll only be paying my credit card bills today, which is still plenty of time, and in the meantime, I have another two ticks to my big list:
- I finished cleaning the gloryhole by the back door :j this is just the floor, you understand, but everything was taken out, rubbish thrown out, walls and floor scrubbed  all the stuff I was keeping washed down. And a huge tub of stuff for the patio moved there, from its "temporary" home underneath the kitchen table :rotfl:
- the two remaining cards posted :j I think I missed the post, but I upgraded to first class stamps
Bit of a day off for me today, so I'll be pootling about in the garden finishing off clearing for the garlic planting, and not much else :j2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
