I woke up with hours still to go till dawn, and mucked around on my kindle - so boring not to be able to go back to sleep! Finally went to sleep again for another good few hours, which was bliss :j

I'm only just making lunch now, but :j have already managed to have a walk round the rec. ground just outside my house, doing deep breathing, and since there's bright sunshine out there, its lovely

Anything I do around mse stuff is just going to be tidying papers, the real focus of the day is going to be on health, slow and steady.

Exactly what a Saturday should be for!:D It's loverly to hear you in good spirits!

We had a lie in, then a relaxed brunch, cleared up the kitchen & now a couple of loads of laundry going while we sit on our backsides and peruse our respective PCs with the telly on in the background!

Aww, thank you RT :kisses3: I'll be honest and say I'm a little bit worried, I've been coughing a bit again, but I think its just with the cold spell in the weather - even passing through a cold bit of the house will do it, or not drinking enough water. Staying balanced and healthy is quite an issue, but I'm on it, I promise.

Off outside now, while the sunshine is still there - just another walk around the block, to see some trees.

This cold weather can cause all sorts of problems. We've been doing some good walking this week, but I've been very careful to wear a hat. I think it was Tuesday I went out without a hat, and my good ear started making clicky noises if I pressed against it. I don't think it's a Menieres thing, just a cold air in my ear thing. Since then I've worn my hat every time I went out, and it seems to have done the trick, no more clicking!


I own two winter hats, but I think I'd like to get some more, I'd like to be a hat person


PS - you reminded me about drinking water, I MUST do this more, but it's so easy to forget:o
