Do you know her real name and address?
Is your contract with her individually or a limited company?
Do you have paperwork to prove what you paid for?
    How did you pay?

You'll be wasting your money on getting a solicitor to write - the courts just require a Letter Before Action to have been sent - which you can do yourself.

She's produced lots of dross that shows at the top of a web search, self styled and self promoting, making money from nothing , I do think all the warning signs were there.Does she dress like a highly successful businesswoman- I think not.very poor quality websites. That's a LOT of money.there is no " insider secret" as you've now discovered, the only get rich quick scheme is what she's taken from you.of course if you complain you'll be told you're a loser with no motivation.i think you have found a very small loophole-I'm not sure if it's even that-to get you out, in the printed matter does it actually state putting the notices on lampposts, I'm not sure this is even relevant.
Get an appointment or speak on the phone with a solicitor , any solicitor who knows contract law, who will advise you if this scenario is enough to get you out of this.

I believe this is called "Ugly Marketing" in the trade.
  • So you signed up to one of those "I make £10 million a day working from home" adverts and have found out that they way to make money is to wander the streets putting up posters to attract more people into the business of wandering the streets putting up posters stating "I make £10 million a day working from home". Do let us know how you get on after using the Yellow Pages to find a solicitor.

In other words a classic pyramid/Ponzi scheme.

The time to speak to a solicitor/ accountant should have been before you signed up, but I wish you luck.

I would guess it is one of the "systems" about using scrappy hand written signs to get people in trouble to sell their houses at below market value to dodgy "investors.

Something like that I think they call them " emotional sellers"
  • Thanks guys for all the info.
    It is appreciated.
holldays is right...That is exactly what she said...No motivation.
But I'm sorry I'm a law abiding citizen...It is as simple as that.
No contract was signed. The only reason I actually went in for this is that my friend of many years signed up to it.
