Well if it goes to court i dont think its best practice to put the whole thing up?
It's property based.
Yes i have proof because what is being suggested is against the law.
I just want to get my money back.
So back to my original point, anyone know a decent solicitor who can send a letter?
Thanks0 -
well if you want to throw more money after good, you can go to a solicitor but to recommend a decent one you have to give us half a chance and tell us what part of the country you are in
or you could save yourself some money and do what has been suggested about the small claims court.
Or do you know this already and want proper legal opinion as to whether you are likely to be successful?2014 Target;

I would suspect this is not clear cut enough to just go to small claims.
Sounds like some sort of get rich quick type of thing, that isn't working out.0 -

Can you report it or attempt to claim your money back without putting yourself in trouble also?
If what they are doing is dodgy and you participated then you maybe just as guilty.
I cant see you getting anything back on this. Warn others away from it and move on i think.

No. Many people here tried to HELP you but you've not been forthcoming with ANSWERS to the questions that they NEED to help you.
Why do you think a solicitor's letter is going to help?0 -

Didn't realise this site was directory enquiries
Here you go http://www.yell.com/ put the word "Solicitor" in one box and the location in the other and press search.
Chances of getting your money back though - NILL from the little detail you've given so far.0 -
OK basically this is the situation.
This person mentors on creative property strategies which involve putting up boards on lamp posts etc and at traffic junctions. Her reading material states that this is one of the things you need to do to get leads. She also teaches this at her seminars.
Long story short I got stopped by the Police doing this and they warned me not to do it again or they or the council would prosecute. Because flyposting is illegal.
I then said to her that I want out because I do not want to be doing anything like this and had I been aware that this was against the law I would have never gotten involved in the first instance.
I asked her for my money back three weeks ago and im yet to receive it.0
