3 SIM only ONE plan....Up for renewal

i have a 3 One plan on SIm only that has now come up for renewal.


Can i get them to reduce the price ? Currently paying 20 pounds per month, if i ask to leave etc will they reduce price and if so what could i get it down to

That plan is only £15/mth now anyway so I would be very upset if they didn't at least reduce it to that TBH.

I understood thats a optional 5 pounds per month ?

i may give them a ring, put i understand 3 are pushy when asking to disconnect or redeuce account pricing

Is it?? Tethering is included on the £15/mth One Plan AFAIAA. It's certainly included in the 30 day SIM One Plan., which is still only £18/mth.

Tethering on your phone.
Tethering is when you connect your phone to other devices to use it as a modem so they can access the internet.

If you're on The One Plan you can use the internet when you're out and about with other devices including laptops, tablets and games consoles, just by connecting them through Wi-Fi or USB to your phone. You can tether on all our One Plan tariffs including our one month rolling SIM plan.

£20 with a phone or without a phone?

Because atm it's £15pm without a phone and minimum £23pm with a phone.

If you've been paying £5 a month extra for tethering on your One Plan then you've been ripped off my friend - I'd be ringing them up for a £60 refund.

That may well be so, but the OP said the SIM only deal he has "just came up for renewal" so I think we are safe to assume it was 12 month not 1 month rolling.

Yes he's been paying too much.

3 have played around with this deal over the years (it has variously been £15-£25pm I think over some years), but the £15 per month 12 month deal has been out there for at least 6 months again lately. They record it as £25pm less £10pm discount.

Can anyone confirm when it first became available again in 2013 ?
