Me too. I set the cruise to a satnav 50 precisely (about 54 on the speedo) and just relax. It's amazing how many people I have to overtake while doing this.

Agreed about the speeders. I have always wondered how they get away with it. I assume they do, because it happens all the time.

My Dad was in the desert in WWII and they used to hoon about on the unit's Matchless whenever they had some free time. The MPs imposed a speed limit on a particular straight stretch. The technique was two MPs, about 200 yards apart. The first one dropped a flag when the rider went past, the second started his stopwatch and if necessary stopped the rider. The answer was to ride like a nutter, stop half way, have a smoke and a chat, and then carry on.
