Rogue,
I still stand here with my heads up after 16 pages of insults ....
All I try here is help someone who flashed their creditcard to these rouge websites.
Ok, take this challenge:
I will copy-paste my post#1 and send to
a) a bank dispute department
b) Trading standards
And will wait for a reponse from them
I will delete the entire post , if there is one worded wrong or comes as misleading from it..
If not you can bring another army of posters continue to throw insult here - that's all you people can do, sadly.
Since when did people telling you that your incorrect, and providing proof class as an insult?
No-one has "flashed" their credit card - the customers have willingly given their card details for the service they have purchased.
Step 1 of the guide should be to read the t&c's and see if:
1) They will issue a refund.
2) How they request you go about getting the refund.0 -

3) The complaint is fundamentally flawed. The service was not misrepresented ... failing to READ what is plainly displayed is not misrepresentation.
And your 2nd paragraph (requesting a refund from the service company) flies in the face of the advice you were giving.0 -

2) Who have you sent it to?
There is one glaring omission in it that makes his question invalid (like every thing else he has posted).
He repeatedly mentions the service being misrepresented, when in fact it isn't and the problem is that he chose not to read their explanations of what their service is.0 -
