@gb12345 If you think "keep quiet" works better for you, I would advise the same;).
Speaking of "keeping quiet", is there any possibility of you responding to my earlier post?
You remember, the one where I asked if you had any proof to back up your absurd claim that credit card companies and credit networks think that:Section 75 is an 'old' section it is not really useful for modern day and age to handle disputes especially online card fraud
A reply to the post where I showed that you were mistaken when you denied saying this (post #300) would also be appreciated or are you just going to be another of the posters who keeps posting incorrect information then going silent when asked to back up their claims?
If so, I totally agree that "Troll" is a very apt description.0 -
hpuse, your full of wind!
You never ever reply to people that have proven you incorrect. If you think your that right, defend yourself. Dont simply ignore people when they have proved you wrong.0 -
@gb12345
What do you think HMPO's role is ?
Ans: advising consumer or issuing passports ?.
Yet another irrelevant outpouring of verbal !!!!!.What do you think a banks dispute department do
Ans: encourage fraud or help a consumer?
Neither, they investigate valid disputes that their customers have with merchants.
Note the keyword valid, which doesn't apply in the fantasy story that makes up your OP.:rotfl: The more you try and take me on ...as I said earlier, the more 'emotional pain injection' you get from here....
I'm not suffering any 'emotional pain injection' - I'm quite happy to sit here all day and disprove the moronic crap that you continue to spout - I'm getting paid a nice salary while I do so.
I'd imagine that you're feeling pretty isolated right now, the only person to agree with you is your alter ego lostmymoneyduetostupidity and he seems to have given up on you.0 -

Rogue,
I still stand here with my heads up after 16 pages of insults ....
All I try here is help someone who flashed their creditcard to these rouge websites.
Ok, take this challenge:
I will copy-paste my post#1 and send to
a) a bank dispute department
b) Trading standards
And will wait for a reponse from them
I will delete the entire post , if there is one worded wrong or comes as misleading from it..
If not you can bring another army of posters continue to throw insult here - that's all you people can do, sadly.0 -

That's an excellent idea, Hpuse.
I don't for one minute think there will be 'another army of posters to throw insult here' - because your post & the entire thread will not exist once you get your replies.0 -
hpuse,
now that you're back online, any chance of a comment, reply or retraction to your earlier comments (the ones that you are now ignoring)?

Fyi, If your "nice salary" is paid via a "bank" and you have credit or debit card, then you are legally entitled to query them on how their dispute process works.
I doubt my bank's answer would match the answer your bank would give (hey - if you have a salary (unlikely) then you could ask your bank. Anyway, I don't need to ask them as I already know the answer.
The first thing that the dispute's team would do would be to check that the reason for the dispute is valid.
In the case of your dispute, the process would stop there as "I failed to read the T&Cs on a legitimate service providing website and signed up for something that I don't need/want" would not be considered a valid dispute reason.
Of course, you could then write an official letter of complaint to your bank and wait while they have a good laugh at how stupid you are and then you could then follow that up with a complaint to the FOS - I'm sure they could do with a good giggle as well.0
