I see crap spouter has added a link to his OP. It contains an interesting point amongst the information it gives

Even Trading Standards say you should read the t&cs.

Does post#1 and link added worry you because it has the word "crime" in it??:rotfl:
I see the only thing you do here is calling names and repeat say read t&c's:D

Refund is all about money - t&c's is all about a company underlying policy when doing business.

If the t&c's are fair for this "rip-off" service, then they will not be called "rip-off" ...do you agree or not ?

But the only ones calling them a rip off is those that got caught out by not reading the t and cs.

If you really believe that all these sites are a rip off, go tell those who can do something about it.
Email your MP, keep a copy
    Email the ASA
Go see whoever may help you get these sites looked at again to see if they really rip people off.
You keep spouting this stuff on here with a limited audience who mostly can only do the same things, I.e email MP etc.
Do you actually think there are anonymous contributors to this forum that
    A will see your posts
B will do anything about it without being asked/told
    63 mortgage payments to go.

    Zero wins 2016 😥

It's not just me using the word "rip-off", the official trade monitoring arm of our government themselves.

Re: reporting to MP/ASA/TSO's, at least understand this much.
I don't have to do it - and I know these websites are already reported and it is being looked into at various levels.

Re: contributions to this forum, I love the feeling of "injecting emotional pain" to those posters who plague here saying companies are "legally existing" and "read t&c's before you click to buy" :rotfl:

Oh, I can feel the love flowing my way.

Glad to see you've found a purpose on this forum. It's not to provide good, ethical, moral and legal advice, but it is to decide which users are a plague on bad advice. I'm happy to be on your hate list.
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?

OK you don't have to report anything to anyone, I never said you HAD to, so why bother posting the same illiterate and plain WRONG advise here so often. I thought for sure you cared about all those "ripped off people"

And what is "injecting emotional pain" mean?
    63 mortgage payments to go.

Hpuse, can I draw your attention towards this new MSE News item?

    Definitely worth looking at:

It does seem to concentrate on tax returns, but other copycat sites are mentioned.

Strangely, that article makes no mention of contacting your bank to raise a dispute.

It appears like it is an editorial policy not to mention raising disputes and chargebacks with banks.

The tax article quoted is edited in sync with what is mentioned here in this one

The fact is fact, you call it "rubbish", "wrong advise" or anything I don't care::rotfl:

A customer can contact their banks and raise a dispute as a result of rip-off.

Really? In that case, would you care to explain why there are MSE articles on Section 75 claims (credit cards and finance companies) and Chargebacks (banks), if it is editorial policy not to mention such things? ;):D

Ah, we're back to the irrelevant links again.

In what way is a legitimate service that the user signed up for and was provided by the service provider a "faulty product"
