    Which website did you use?

You need to check the T&Cs on there to see if they give refund & follow the instructions.

Don't waste your time & money ringing them.

Which website did you use & how did you find it? i.e. Google

It was the britishpassportservices first result on google. I have not paid yet but looking at their T&C a lot closer afterwards I waved my cancel right but it's so not fair within minutes you are bombarded with emails about direction on how to get there before you even know when your Appointment is. I feel so stupid I am usually so careful but with a 9 weeks old baby and medical problems all I wanted was a passport quickly and did not check things properly

It's the same story as annas1974 although they did book the appointment on my behalf. So was wondering if they kept asking for the money and if she paid in the end or have they eventually go away. Can they affect your credit score sends over the bailiffs etc... Can they actually do that or not?

    So no policy on refunds?

I doubt you'll get an update from annas1974, she's not logged on since May 2014.

It's extremely unlikely that that term is legally enforceable.

It's not generally possible to force people to waive their legal rights except in very defined circumstances.

The two websites are actually the same which to me makes it even more misleading

How can I found out for sure about this? What are the defined circumstances? Thank you in advance for your time

Bosses at copycat site Taxreturngateway sang 'We're In The Money' as they racked up £7m in just FOUR MONTHS

In April, taxreturngateway was forced to shut down after a sustained campaign of attack by The Mail on Sunday and a deluge of complaints (between 2,000 and 3,000) from angry customers demanding their money back. In late June, the three directors behind Who4 were arrested and then released on bail without charge.

The eCrime team at National Trading Standards, heading the investigation, is now examining the evidence seized at the time of the arrests. Any charges of possible illegal dealings against the three will be brought under either consumer or fraud law.

    The saga continues.
