Probably because a misleading business wouldn't be in business long as they would have the ASA and OFT on their backs.

I also think traders who are hell bend on DSR (with a website that has 4 or 5 HTML pages) to catch the unwary to channel money in their favour must not exist. Period.

So, what's wrong with aligning with the Government. Yes, I am proud to say I am, and of course there is fund allocated to tackle misleading trades such as this.
