Thanks Boodedoo and monz :D. I think the payrise works out as an extra £100 or so a month after tax so will make a difference to the monthly budget.

Payslip is in for monthly pay so need to work out my budget for that. Will also get £29.49 from 2nd job tomorrow - £9.49 to debt and £20 for food and toiletries.

My debt has risen a bit as a result of buying train tickets to go to a funeral in England next week. I'll also need to pay for a nights accommodation but I will have been paid by then so hoping there's enough in the budget to pay, if not it can't be helped.

Finally reached the £40 mark for 1poll so have requested a payout. It takes 28 days so will be a boost just before my friends wedding. If I don't need it for the wedding, I'll pay it to the debt.

Had a day off work yesterday but didn't do anything other than lie on the sofa and watch films. Started feeling a bit ill on Tuesday afternoon, it continued yesterday and I still don't feel that great today. Nothing horrendous but just a bit fuzzy headed and a slightly sicky feeling. Ach I'm sure it will pass.
    Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500  1.8.25 - £106,362.86
    Mortgage overpayment savings - £2.11/£50
Mortgage overpayments so far - £675.98

Have woken up today feeling miles better which is grand, however, a bit of a tooth fell out this morning :( so will have to phone the dentist. Fingers crossed it won't cost too much to fix.

Paid £9.49 to the debt taking me to 33% paid off.

I did a wee shift for 2nd job yesterday which will get me around £30 next Friday. Next week I've picked up 3 shifts with 2nd job just to get a bit of extra cash before the hen do.

Hi Tara! Ouch for your tooth, hopefully you can just get it fixed in a emergency app? Are you in the UK?

Hi Tempus01, yep in Scotland. My dentist is on holiday at the moment so I've got an appointment with her when she's back. My tooth isn't sore so I'd rather wait than see a dentist I don't know.

NSD yesterday :D definitely need to go to the shops today though, need toilet roll, fruit and veg.

Just minded I owe a girl at work £25 for a sponsored run which I haven't budgeted for but my pay from 2nd job on Friday will cover that.

A NSD today and I did a shift for 2nd job after my work. I'm also working a longer shift at the weekend for 2nd job, should be £100ish next Friday which will go towards hen weekend/wedding.

It gets so addictive paying bills and debt. Like I am now obsessed with getting paid and paying what I owe :D

    Yep it definitely does :D

Back from a few days away for the funeral. Ended up sleeping on a sofa so no extra costs for accommodation, however, did spend far too much on snacky stuff while travelling.

Absolutely shattered with all the travelling so definitely planning a quiet day. Will need to pop to the supermarket at some point though, I plan to go to Lidl for cheapness and then Tesco for gf/df bits.
