How much is it you need to pay now :( xx

The new debt is currently sitting at £520.39 so manageable but annoying!

Not a great deal to report since I last posted. Picked up a wee shift with 2nd job yesterday so will get around £40 on Friday. I've picked up 3 shifts next weekend with them as I'm away the following weekend so that will more than cover my spends.
    Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500  1.8.25 - £106,362.86
    Mortgage overpayment savings - £3.33/£50
Mortgage overpayments so far - £675.98

Popped into the shop on the way home for milk and they had some YS salmon so got that for tea, very yummy! £2.99 spent.

Went to an evil gym class, it was called ladies tone so thought it wouldn't be too bad but was even worse than kettlebells. I survived though :D and figured it must be good for me so have signed myself up for next week. I've got kettlebells tomorrow, hopefully I won't be too sore.

Monthly payslip through so will get £1544.74 on Thursday
    - £1200 to cover bills plus a present for my sister's birthday
    - £150 to put aside for new flat purchases, don't want credit card to get any higher ;)
    - £150 to usual debt
    - £44.74 to new debt
    Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500  1.8.25 - £106,362.86
    Mortgage overpayment savings - £3.33/£50
Mortgage overpayments so far - £675.98
  • Great progress but how annoying about the flat....we had similar problems with our last 2 rentals before we bought our house. They can be really evil and there isn't much you can do in some situations. Greedy sods! Ah well...you're out of there now at least! x
    Debt remaining: :(
    Mortgage - £117,759 (£134,600, Nov 2013)

Work overpayment and home improvement loan paid back (£19200)

Thanks for your post Gib. It's really annoying but yep unfortunately not much I can do. Still waiting for the letter to come through from the deposit scheme so will see what it says.

Miss Tara you are inspiring me to go join gym. Bit expensive where I am but it will prevent me from spending/drinking at weekend :) xx

How did you get on your first weekend at the gym? No gym for me this weekend but classes booked for Monday and Tuesday.

Did my split shift today for 2nd job and got another shift tomorrow so will get £140ish on Friday. That will cover all my spends while I'm away next weekend :)

Spent £47.90 on an @sda order which will be delivered tomorrow.
