Was think of sending this to JAS
If you do not provide me with a CORRECT POPLA code and continue to pursue this matter I must inform you that I may claim my expenses from you and my time at the court rate of £18 per hour. The expenses I may claim are not exhaustive but may include the cost of stamps, envelopes, travel expenses, legal fees, etc. and lost income if I have to attend a hearing. I have reported your company to the BPA for sending me two incorrect POPLA codes and sent them all the correspondence.

By continuing to pursue me you agree to pay these costs when I prevail at POPLA/court. Take note that my costs, and damages for distress and harassment, will form a counter claim if you decide to take the matter to court, since you have been informed that there was no loss nor contravention on this occasion.Yours xxxxx

I think you are better to leave things with the BPA and let them sort it out with their members , they hold a lot more sway than you do

the letter you have just described should have been included in the initial appeal to JAS but you did not even wait for the NTK to arrive

leave it with the BPA for now, that is my advice

you can post it to popla, or logon to popla and submit it online , or both

the details should be with your original popla form from jas

Have the BPA not bothered to explain how to use it? That's bad if so. It is used on the POPLA website for an online appeal once you know what to write (don't rush it).

Anyway read the NEWBIES FAQs thread, post #3 and click on 'How to win at POPLA'. Don't start writing a random normal (losing) appeal for POPLA about what happened.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

seeing as this is a long thread people are now missing the fact that he has an approved popla appeal earlier in this thread (post #53) , so hopefully he will put that in notepad, then highlight , copy and paste into the online popla appeal, or he may print it from notepad or word and post it to popla, with the covering popla letter and amended verification code

or download a new popla form from them , print it , print his popla appeal , fill in the form , add his new popla verification code , and send by post

    hope that explains it ?

normally you appeal online using the online form and attaching any evidence , not by email

they then email you back saying they have logged it

then they email you again with an approximate date that an assessor will deal with it, usually in about 6 or 7 weeks time , so end of feb or early march

you will also receive the evidence pack the PPC provide too, about a week or two before the hearing
