Please remove any identifiable info from your posts - we don't need that info, but PPCs browse this forum and will be able to identify you by it.

Read the NEWBIES thread and the linked POPLA Decisions thread ... all the info you need to create a POPLA appeal is contained therein.

HOWEVER ... if that reference in your post is supposed to be the POPLA code then it is bogus. It says the issue date is Jan 03 2015! (Is there any other reference on the notice?)

edit your posts is the first job of the day , removing identifying info

complain to the LANDOWNER if you want them to cancel it

meantime sort out a popla appeal after reading this thread

your edits all seem ok now, but that code is 2015 not 2014 (like bod stated correctly)

they have issued the wrong year on that code , so its either complain to them its incorrect , or maybe to the BPA ?

you should also contact Staples or whoever owns that land and make a complaint too , highlighting their lack of toilet facilities that brought this about

B&M rent or lease stores so I dont believe they are ever the landowner

if you do get a valid popla code (check it using that checker) then appeal to popla as soon as possible

the NEWBIES thread will help you do this, as will those JAS links you were given earlier for similar threads to yours

I saw the ticket attendant and explained what had happen and showed him the sales voucher ,he said he has pictures of me my wife and my kids leaving the car park can they do that my wife said do they need to ask you first or shouid he be C R B checked
Anyone can take photos of anyone or anything in a public place. So that is irrelevant.

But you should question (as part of your appeal) why the attendant didn't spend his time mitigating his company's (so-called) losses by informing you that you should not leave the premises instead of taking photos? Look up "VCS v Ibbotson" for details.

tell the PPC their code is invalid and you need a new code or you will report them to the BPA

(I told you this clearly in post #16)

you can ask them to cancel it !! , maybe they will if the store manager is speaking to them , you can also say that the law recently stated that their operative should have told you that you were about to break the rules in going off the site seeing as he was aware and took photographs of you doing it (it was in a recent court case, details in post #17)

either way, they should be reported to the BPA for non-compliant popla codes , they must be really thick if they cannot even get the year right !!
