Please use proper capitalisation and paragraphs. What you are proposing to send is a wall of text and hard to understand.
Also, if you space it out properly you'll more easily see your errors e.g. what does a manger (a crib, cot) have to do with this?0 -
I agree, he seems to be just copying and pasting anything we write without any thought going into it, the more we write, the more he adds and its all over the place, with spelling mistakes
he really needs to read what we have written , understand it, then compile his own letters, not just copy and paste anything he thinks "looks good"
there is helping, and there is spoon feeding , next he will want it all done for him
I sympathise with the events, but they are what they are and he now needs to get a grip and deal with it !0 -
I am very sorry but i am not very good at this type of thing,if you know what i mean.i am more of a hands on so i will have to have another go thanks .0

Parking Charge Notice - Notice to Keeper [Give its ref number]
This letter is a formal challenge to the issue of your Parking Charge Notice - Notice to Keeper as set out in the current BPA Ltd AOS Code of Practice B.22
On xxxxx I was the registered keeper of a XXXXXX registration number xxxxxxx
Before I decide how to deal with your Parking Charge Notice - Notice to Keeper, I should be grateful if you would first answer all the questions and deal with all the issues I have set out below. Once you have done so, I will be able to make an informed decision on how I deal with the matter.
I should be grateful for specific answers to all questions raised. In this respect I remind you of the obligations set out in the current Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct.
I dispute your claim for the reasons set out below. Please note that although I dispute the whole basis of the parking charge, my main concern is its disproportionate and punitive level.
1. Your parking charge amount claim.
Please explain on which of the following grounds your claim is based:
(i) Damages for trespass
(ii) Damages for breach of contract
(iii) A contractual sum
2. Your loss.
If it is your case that that a trespass was committed or that a contract was breached such that your claim is one for damages; please give me a full breakdown of the actual losses which evidences that this parking charge is a true reflection of the damages caused solely by the alleged parking contravention.
3. Your status – the creditor.
Your Parking Charge Notice - Notice to Keeper simply mentions JAS. Please tell me who is the actual creditor making this £56 parking charge demand FOR 30 MINUTES STOPPING. I need to know exactly who is making the claim and in what capacity.
4. Ownership of premises.
Please tell me who owns the car park as I wish to send them a copy of this letter. I have spoken to the manager of B&M store showed her the receipt from the store. She has phoned your office telling you to cancel the parking charge which you obliged to do if asked. I spoke to her again today she said you have not returned the call I will be speaking to her again today.
5. Contractual Authority (as required by BPA Ltd AOS CoP B.7)
Please provide me with a copy of the contract between your company and the landowner/landholder that provides the necessary contractual written authority for the issue and enforcement of your Parking Charge Notice - Notice to Keeper.
6. Signage.
If it is your case that a contract has been breached or that a contractual sum is now due, please send me photographs of the signs that you display and upon which you seek to evidence that a lawful and legally enforceable contract was been entered into. Please ensure that the photographs show the terms and conditions in a clear and legible manner. Please provide me with a diagram showing the locations and layout of those signs at the car park. Also provide evidence that the wording is in plain and intelligible language and in sufficiently large print as to be legible to a driver at the car park’s entry point.
7.Summary
I look forward to receiving your acknowledgement within 14 days and as there are no ‘exceptional circumstances’ your comprehensive reply within 35 days (in accordance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice B.22.8). I will then be able to make an informed decision as to how I deal with your Parking Charge Notice – Notice to Keeper.
If you reject this challenge or fail to address the issues that have been raised then, in accordance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice 22.12, please ensure that you enclose all the required information (including the necessary ‘POPLA code’) so that I may immediately refer the matter for their decision, AS THE ONE YOU SENT ME IS WRONG DATED 3/1/15 WHEN I CHECKED IT.There has been a few cases of parking and leaving the car park that have been stopped because they was asked why didn't the attendant stop us and inform us by doing so you risk a parking charge before they stated taking pictures of us leaving and issuing a parking charge
If you fail to follow any of the procedures outlined in the BPA AOS Code of Practice or your legal requirements under the Protection of Freedoms Act, or the requirements of the Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct then I will make a formal complaint to the DVLA Data Sharing Policy Group, D16.
Please Note: Unless you have specifically requested it and received my express permission, you do not have my authority to disclose or refer this letter or any other communication from me to any other person or organisation.
Yours0 -
I put a few things in not much i know,do you think that will do the job ?0
-
I think you have again copied and posted stuff from another thread that isnt relevant to your situation
I am beginning to think its pointless writing anything at all in your thread as you dont read and understand what has been said already
you need
a) a valid popla code
b) a valid popla appeal
c) send in to popla well within the 28 days of the valid popla code once it has been obtained0 -
PLEASE PLEASE help as you can see i need all i can get. Is this ok. I have checked the POPLA code that you emailed and it turns out after checking that the code it is incorrect .Could you send a new code so I can start my appeal as soon as possible or could you cancel the charge as the store manager as asked you to do. You may be aware that there has been a recent case that stated that your operative should of told the person that you were about to break the rules in going off site seeing as he was aware and taking photographs of them leaving the site and the charge was cancelled on appeal.0
-
"To JAS Parking Solutions,
RE : PCN ref xxxxx
You recently rejected my appeal against the above PCN and provided a POPLA code to enable me to appeal further. The POPLA code you have provided is invalid. Please provide a valid POPLA code by return.
Failure to provide a valid POPLA code will result in you being reported to :
> The BPA for breaking their Code of Practice
> POPLA for supplying an invalid code
The complaints will be raised if a valid POPLA code is not provided with 7 ( seven ) days.

once you get a valid working popla code from them , adapt this template to put in your popla appeal https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816165
when I say adapt it, it means alter the wording to suit your case, do not just copy it verbatim, it wont work as it is, so you need to alter it to suit your case
we will help you, we dont do it all for you !0 -
I am going to send this to BPA if you think its ok.
I wish to complain about J.A.S.parking solutions.
They sent me a POPLA code after I appealed to them I checked the code and found it was invalid.
I have sent them a email telling them today and hope you could possible find out why they are sending out bogus codes0
