  • i recently had ASG (previously everlasting) service my boiler, after the service we had a fault show up so i reported it and they came to fix it. When the gentleman fixed it, it seems as though he put us a second hand heat exchanger in which they are denying. We were left with Brown rusty water through our hot taps and ASG kept saying we need a Powerflush. We only discovered the exchange plate when Viessman had to come out and solve the problems. Both my uncle who is a plumber and Viessman said we do not need a Powerflush but ASG were adamant we had dirt etc in the system causing the problems. We have had the boiler for 3 years now from everlasting only because we could not afford a new boiler any other way. any advice welcome
  • Had boiler fitted in 2013 and after problems this February they are now taking me to court as I stopped my DD. This was due to them not coming out when the boiler broke down then they cancelled the service putting the boiler out of warranty. They now blame me for this and are now taking me to court. Seems to be a common practice with this company
  • I would be surprised if anyone received an engineer out in the stated 24 hrs

Have you actually received any court papers/claim through the post yet?
  • Boiler from A shade greener is not working, they say the fault was caused by our heating not their equipment, I called a gas registered engineer who said it was a fault on the filter of the boiler which is covered by our service agreement. The company disputes this!! Any advise??

A Shade Greener (ASG) will say anything to get out of doing anything.

Go over to the group on Facebook where loads of people have had all kinds of problems with ASG Boilers.
