Surely boots would know the customer would be unhappy when they are putting damaged goods in boxes!

Useless
A few months ago I recieved an order and the entire contents were damaged-as in, poor packing and a bit of a battering had meant that an entire bottle and a half of bubble bath had emptied itself all over everything-super messy
Had to get it all down to my local shop to get it sorted.
So it might have actually happened-no care was taken in packing my order whatsoever.0 -

I have to say I find Boots website useless at the best of times for the sale/offer items. They are always listed but never in stock when you attempt to put them in your basket. It annoys me that they even appear on the list as out of stock. I'd prefer it if they just disappeared from the list altogether until they are back in stock.
AND they've stopped you from using £5 No7 skincare voucher on the BB cream & bronzers!!!!!
That's me on my soapbox for the rest of the day.
erm - no they haven't-

I placed an order on 5.15ish am on Wednesday , another the following afternoon with no website problems. Both orders delivered to store on time with no omissions well packaged . They even helped me carry it to the car.
Seems like some of us had much better experiences than others.:hello: “Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away” anon.0 -

Well I just went and picked up my orders from store this afternoon after work. All were present and correct bar the items I had been told were out of stock. And no damage to any of them at all.
Have to say I can't fault Boots.com at all even though some of my items were cancelled. Delivery dates were spot on - infact one parcel arrived a day early as it wasn't due in till today, emails telling me ites were dispatched etc were spot on. Got my texts yesterday morning telling me my items had arrived. Packaging, well there was one large box for 2 small umbrellas, think Boots need to re-consider some of their packaging.
My only complaint about the whole thing was the staff in the store I went to today. It is a small store and their attitude stunk and were not in the least bit helpful. Asked them if I could take the items out of the boxes so I could put them into bags so I could carry them home and they said yes OK. The girl then stood there watching me struggle to open the boxes and put them into my bags  Any other time I've had stuff delivered I've been really impressed with the staff and have told them so and how it is appreciated.
Was raging! As I walked out I said thanks very much for your help with that, if you don't get employee of the month for that help I don't know what you'll have to do!Pay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%0 -

I had this happen to me just before Christmas with an order I made from M&S.
I phoned and demanded that they send the box so I could salvage what I could out of it. They sent it and ok the box was split and ripped to shreds but everything inside was in perfect condition. I was so glad I stood my corner. Good luck0
