If you get a parking charge in England, But as the Registered keeper live in Scotland do you need to take notice?

As per the post above yours...it's all explained in the 'NEWBIES read this first!' thread, including a section about if you live in Scotland. But if you have an LBCCC you should respond to it robustly IMHO, and in addition to the usual points of rebuttal, point out that as registered keeper you are out of jurisdiction. Obviously no implying who was/wasn't driving.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

  • Thanks for this thread Daisy! Very helpful info!

I received a windscreen ticket and my dad is the RK. He has received a coiuple of letters and an LBC, I wrongly advised him to ignore them and now the LBC is over fourteen days old.

Is it too late to give my details as the driver?

New thread has been started 'UKCPS Fine - LBC - Too late to do anything?'

    Dear Daisy/all

Thanks for this fantastically useful info. I have started a new thread of my own as requested: "Ignored Parking Eye letters as advised; CCJ now rcvd - what next?!"

I ignored Parking Eye notices as recommended all over the forums, don't recall receiving an LBCCC and now I have a CCJ dated 17-12-13! am running out of time. I have just completed AoS.

    Please help!

    Thanks, Ben
  • I posted a thread a few days ago regarding receiving my claim for Court just before xmas. I don't know how to locate it and see if there is any help. The Customer services Manager in the retail store has requested PE they cancel, but despite being asked twice PE have not replied. I have an extension on this claim until 14th Jan. Can anyone please advise? I never received a LBA and this PCN is from last July, so from beginning July to just before Xmas nothing from PE

    Eh..?

You clearly indicated that you had read and understood the basics of forum use as part of your signup!

This includes forum navigation, searching and how to start your own threads. It also includes a clear agreement not to bump or otherwise hijack unrelated threads.

Why not go back and read it again? Properly this time!

The above 37 posts have been moved out of zzzLazyDaisy's thread to try and keep it on topic. I'll move further posts here in future. :)

Coupon-mad has privileged position at the top :D
