    Hi,

I am in the process of drafting a reply to the LBCCC I recieved on Monday. I just need some clarification.

Am I right in thinking that PE have not satisfied para 5(1a) of PoFA as they do not really have any legal right to do this?

Also, what can I say or do to try and convince the health centre to cancel the ticket as they seem unwilling to? I'm not registered there but have an employment history with them.

    Pls see my post here:

Great thread Daisy and thanks for the update :)
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

PS how can we get this as a sticky??
  • And back again dropping out of page 7 up to page 1 where this belongs.

Really not sure why this isn't a sticky, especially as the litigious nature of PPCs has ramped up so substantially post-PoFA (PE in particular) that more and more newbies are in serious need of this advice.

The guidance of a professional amongst earnest, yet amateur advisors, on points of law and technicality, should not be so seemingly disregarded.

    Super glue attention required :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Good. Maybe it needs to come from Daisy but here's to bumping it to the top again. :)

Finally this has arrived as a sticky, so an easier point of reference for all newly acquired LBCCC posters.

    Thanks crabman.

  • I have started my own thread "ECP Letter before Claim, Response Letter sent and now rec'd letter from Euro Car Park" and would really appreciate some guidance on what to do next.

    Many thanks
