Hi,
I received a parking ticket from Euro car parks in March 2012, they then handed it over to Debt Recovery Plus from whom I received all of the lovely standard letters which I ignored in accordance with advice I had read on here. Fast forward a year and a half and last week I received a letter before referral for legal action from Debt Recovery Plus. I thought they had gone away. Has anyone got any advice as to what to do now?
Many Thanks.0 -

Yep - please start a new thread.
This is an advisory sticky thread, not for new cases to be raised on. More help will be with you on your own thread
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I intend to fight a ridiculous parking fine in court. From reading+ asking around-the general advise is not to respond to or appeal to mthe parking company but to wait until you recieve the NtK OR popla appeal? ( It is with a parking company that owns the land + so it may go to court). Is this the right advise or do the courts hold it against you if you havent responded /appealed to the initial fine? Thanks.0

Pretty much everything is summed up in the NEWBIES thread (linked in my signature). Please read that then start your own NEW thread for any further advice.0
