[Old/Off-Topic Posts] LBCCC Fight back! Guidance Thread

Hi there
I would really appreciate some help with the claim form from Parking Eye relating to parking in Brent Cross South Retail Park December 2012. Unfortunately, I read the threads at that time and followed advice to ignore everything. Now I have received this Court Claim form, I have come back to the forum and seen the new advice. It is too late for me to follow the LBCCC recommendations, so would be grateful for urgent advice on what to do.
Thanks0 -
Have you read the sticky thread entitled 'Small Claims and PPCs'??
Perhaps read that and start your own thread if that doesn't help??0 -
Hi guys
I have started a new thread called - Smart Parking Charge Notice
Was hoping for a little advice if anyone has a spare few moments
Cheers0 -
It's a week's work to read all of the OP, and another week to answer it. What happens if you call their bluff and ignore itYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

in a parking bay with the letter V to signify visitor on it, the ppc notice did not advise that hazard lights had to be displayed should I contact them? up to now the advice has been ignore but they have sent me a cc claim form without a stamp or claim no.
Thank you0 -

This sounds like ANPR Ltd (Preston) and H&S Litigation Services?
But you're not going to get any advice jumping in on this advisory thread, so, if you don't mind, please open a new thread of your own and copy and paste your post above there and help will be forthcoming.
New Thread button is Blue and on l/h side of forum index, a couple of inches down from the top. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just want to say thank you for this thread! I phoned the customer services manager at Sainsburys where it happened and she has been incredibly helpful after I receieved a Letter Before Claim having been advised elsewhere to ignore the first few letters. Fingers crossed that's the last I hear from control accounts...Novuna personal finance 0% 4-year £518/£1866Credit card debt free! Now on the journey to mortgage free.0

Make sure you reply to the letter before claim to keep the operator from making a claim until you get your cancellation confirmationDedicated to driving up standards in parking0
