motorpoint are always cheap (imported) I have bought two cars from Derby , no problems at all , naturally you take a look before you hand over the payment but its very easy .
Assuming its new or nearly new you just take it to your locl dealer and register it with them for the warranty ....no issues at all .0 -
What a great idea.
Enter into a contract to purchase the vehicle, pay a deposit to seal seal the deal by showing your commitment to purchase it ... and then have a look at what you agreed to buy.
Brilliant!
well people seem to think the law will protect them. some guy buys an ipad and finds that they dont like itunes so tries to return it under DSR. Another buys a laptop on finance without checking if it has a modem in it and then realises there is no modem and goes into £250,000 debt trying to drag this through the courts.
Both of these people get supported on this forum. So who knows maybe they'll support the OP to when he gets stung and encourage him to go through the headache of small claims:T0 -

Is a Deposit ever refundable?

Although you won't learn much more than has been said here.0 -
Have you got a link to the car? Maybe we can see why it's so cheap, or someone local can go and have a look at it.
But you need to ask yourself first, if it's such a steal, why hasn't someone already bought it? Why are people visiting that branch ignoring it if it's so much cheaper than the rest? The answer is almost gauranteed to be because there's something up with it.0
