FFFFriday! 14th of February... Valentines Day :)

    Nobody loves me *sob* (LOL)

No cards, no gifts, just puke and pain! And despite this I'm sort of in a good mood? LOL

Who knows why, maybe because I've offered to go into the office next week :) no idea how it's going to work out but I'm gonna give it a go! It's only a couple of hours so...

    Boo yakka shaaa!

  • Stop the pity party. You wouldn't want to be expected to do the whole romantic night out while feeling dreadful and worrying bout the cost. Next year will be one to celebrate!

LOL, I was taking the p@ss LOL

I'm single and loving it (excluding the pain and puke and the fact it's 02:39 and in agony) and have been for a couple of years now :)

If I'm lucky, this time next year I'll still be single but hopefully without the pain (or subsequent painkillers so I can have a beer or two).

    Sunday 16/02/14:

So Saturday was a write off but today has been ok... I've been to Mum's for dinner and other than a bit of an ache I've been ok so far (ok, so I needed a lay down when I arrived and Mum's and then back home) but that's ok :)

On the finances front, things seem ok too? I'm not sure what I'm doing right LOL but so long as I carry on doing it then I'll be happy :)

I'm just chomping at the bit for SC to make this months payment so I can see the allocation going out because it's almost £30 more this month thanks to a carry over for Cheque Centre since I payed them off last month :)

    Monday 17/02/14:

I woke up feeling like someone has been pouring boiling water down my back :( but it's just about passed now and I've spoken to 111 and apparently it's nothing to be worried about which is a relief... I've taken it really easy today and it has helped but really I just want to make sure I'm in with a shot of getting into work tomorrow :) apparently I have a little something waiting for me :)

So today I have made a handful of small payments, a few £'s to each of Very, Barclaycard and Capital One and bumped a cheeky fiver to SC as well :) it's been a bit of a mood lifter to be honest as I've had a few rough days and been on a bit of a downer (in case my diary hadn't suggested this already lol).

Ten days until payday :) so that's ten days until my next DMP payment and I've wrangled Welcome Finance down a little from £105 to £65 so I'll be paying that off instead of my Barclays o/d which means £35 or so starts getting shared out to creditors and feels like a big achievement (even if it's a little bit of a psychological win more than anything).

I do feel I'm getting a little obsessed with repaying my debts lol but that has to be a good thing right? What do I do when it's actually paid though? I need to plan because it's less than a couple of years realistically... Hmmm...

In other news, I have now officially finished my Christmas shopping!

Even better savings than I realised :) wow!!! And it's all from buying remainders, doing Sun+ offers, collecting free Nectar points :)

Ha ha ha ha... I even have a spare bottle of wine from an M&S Chinese New Year meal deal which I may have to crack open if/when I'm finally not on paikillers lol - great offer btw, I got 2x main and 2x sides (which were actually modified by me to be mains) and an £8 bottle of really nice red wine for £12.95 as the wine was totally free :)
