If you think of it like that, all ebay buyers are stupid.

    Which we're not! :D

well the fact is that i would say, anyone who buys brand new items on ebay is stupid. If the seller could get them and make a profit on them then there must be a way normal people can get their hands on them.

Although I am mainly a seller I do buy as well on ebay and I certainly don't consider myself stupid.

If someone happens to have found a source of something cheap which they sell on ebay then as long as that still beats the price that I can find anywhere else I'll buy it on ebay.

i think that when you file a Non-Payment you can only get part of the final fees back!

Anyone want to correct me on that?  :-/

If you complete the whole of the NPB process you will get all of your Final value fees back. What you don't get back is the original listing fees.

does the same logic apply to people buying stuff new from shops...... cos the shops certainly will have paid less for them in the first place.... which means anyone can get hold of the same items cheaply......! :-/
smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to.... ;)
  • Well if you are too stupid to read what is written on the auction then it is your problem maybe there are people out there that acctualy want to buy the link.

You should always read the auction in detail lets not forget the man and the xbox (box)

Stop tell tales You remind me of little school girls "miss miss he did this she did this" Next you will all collectively be going "ohhhhhhh" when someone swears.

sorry but I totally disagree, how are people supposed to find out the someone is selling a link when they add lots and lots of text! And if you bothered to read some of the posts in this thread you would realise that this has already been talked about! So like you said "if your too stupid to read"!

And anyway, who in their right mind would want to buy the links? ::)

willl post more as i spot em
Having initially been sceptical about the worth of your campaign, and having posted to that effect, and to a fair extent still of the opinion that it is essential for a purchaser to CAREFULLY read everything in the description, sellers feedback etc and the impossible task ebay must face in reallistically controlling all the thousands (millions?) of items - I do now acknowledge the advantage in raising the profile of the problem
and frustrating the actions of these fraudsters as appropriate. Littleredhen47's efforts are to be applauded, I happen to know she has been removed from ebay for repeatedly bidding on scam items with no intention of completing. She however will continue to lay eggs and her chicks will continue the good work!

Ok, I'm going to stop replying to your posts here because you are talking complete rubbish! so please if you don't appreciate my campaign then move on to another thread!

No-one that reads this, really wants to read any of that crap!

    Thank-you! ;D
