caught walking instead of wheelchair

IF you were on double crutches, how could you have been walking *briskly*? That's more like hobbling around surely?0

It depends on what you said on your claim?
Did you say you had good days where you could manage with just crutches?
Walking briskly does suggest that crutches weren't involved?0 -

No I said I'm totally wheelchair dependent I think. It was 12 years ago so can't fully remember.0 -
Have you had any assesments over the last 12 yrs?xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

If you said in your claim that you are totally wheelchair dependant and now there is evidence that you are not you will have questions to answer.
It doesn't matter how long ago it was, changes of circumstances need to be reported.
So if you are now capable of coping with just crutches (or not even them as they have evidence) then you will face a review of your claim at the very least0 -

So they can use video evidence from anybody which is totally malicious against me? I don't think that is right, I was in my back garden isn't that some kind of breach of privacy or something?0 -
it is only malicious if its untrue surely?
otherwise it is just evidence of an untruth.
if the police filmed you speeding and showed it to the judge... would you consider that malicious or evidence?
it qould be a breach of your privacy if they had filmed you indoors, through a window.
filming you in your garden... where you would rxpect that others might normally be able to see you, isnt0
