Hi Miz,
Just caught up with your diary. wow you have alot going on.
Most importantly, I hope your dad continues to improve after his op. Always a worry having to have such a big operation at his age. sounds like he is a fighter though. :T.
Glad the beginning of the course is going well. Is your shingles pain wearing off now? Have no clue how long shingles lasts?.
I will try deleting and re-downloading the YNAB app, not overly hopefully though as hubby only downloaded it the other day and it isn't corrent on his either. Will have to find time to trawl the YNAB forums or tutorials to see what we are doing wrong. not overly worried about the app though as I am not out of the house for long stretches where I need to check my budget. My budget is so simple anyway. I know I have £20 per week for my FUN or incidentals money and its not hard to remember what I have left.
Loving the FUN money category as it's keeping my spending in check.
Great news about the rebate. Does that mean that your worry about being £1000 short in February is over?. I must do some looking around the house and get Ebaying again. nothing of high value left to sell after my last ebay stint but still some bits we don't use which could go.

Thanks Steph - yes it takes the worry out the month but I am going to keep on my challenge as i don't want to lose the momentum - and it helps to get a bit in reserve.0

Thanks for all your good wishes. Things have gone as expected with Dad and he is now recovering on the ward. Hopefully things will continue to go smoothly.
Good news this morning - I had someone ask to join my course and since it is only the introduction week I agreed. So I have £115.72 to add to my total after PP fees. I have also arranged a date for a local training workshop and already have expressions of interest from 11 people from one FB post. It is viable with 4 people so will definitely go ahead. Need to sort out the details and booking arrangements today. Hopefully this might get me to my February target.
Otherwise it is just getting on with supporting my course, tidying up (a mountain of dishes to wash) and making plans! Have a fun day everyone.0 -
More good wishes for your Dad too and you in getting over Shingles
Excellent news for your business and income, well done. You'll be hitting your Feb target in no time at all. :T

Fab news on the extra person on the course and also the local workshop looking popular.
Looks like you are definitely tapping into a popular want/need in your area :T. Just the beginning of a fab business.
Hope you and your father continue to recover. Have a good day x0 -

I was just thinking if Miz notices alot of unruly dogs locally and if they'll be in the classes :rotfl: Ending up with the best behaved dogs in the areaBack on the DFW Wagon:

Brilliant stuff! An extra person brings in a sizeable amount of cash for very little extra work, thats the way to do it2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Absolutely. It is good value for them - 18 week course with individual feedback via a forum. But one more is not a significant additional burden of work - and right now the money is welcome!0

The big risk of local folk is that they might see my own unruly hounds! Cobblers' kids and all that! :rotfl::rotfl:0
