You bumped up a thread entitled " please support E-petition"!:eek:I'm not trying to get anywhere with the petition....I dont even think Ive mentioned it.
Little point in continuing the discussion then because you won't get any more. It was only a couple of quid anyhow...and yes I phoned BT and got all my "stolen" paymenrs refunded......but that didnt make it right.0 -

I also doubt you'll receive any replies from disgruntled BT customers because they will just have accepted it as just another price increase.
As for this comment above.....you just emphasised my point......but what about (mainly) the elder generation, who aren't very computer or customer services literate, and its just gone over their heads.
Its not so bad for those who use the service, but for those who didnt have it, didnt know they had it, never used it, or dont want it..........and its just landed on their bill........its been badly handled by BT.
None of my previous bills showed I had this service.Couponing....."every little hurts"

I didnt bump the thread............I commented on the thread, as I too, thought BT had handled it very badly.....I dont constitute commenting on a thread as "bumping it"......or entirely agreeing with the title...
Yes its onlty a couple of quid....better in my pocket than BT's........and I thought this was a Moneysavingsite.....Couponing....."every little hurts"

I don't disagree with you..you just emphasised my point..
I'm just questioning what else you hope to achieve with this thread?
You've had your refund and made your point very succinctly in several posts, no point repeating it over and over…
Since the last post prior to your first yesterday was on the 13/01/14, you very clearly did bump the thread.I didnt bump the thread..
Regardless, I'm not going to make any more responses to it...0 -

Well......thats what I said in my first post, I believe, If you'd agreed then, I would have saved myself a lot of words.
And if the rest of the contributors to the thread had been a bit more sympathetic with the OP's concerns rather than the mention of an e,petiotion or the wording of the e.petition and the mention of PPI, it would have seen to be a valid point......
I realise the title of the thread, but thought MSE members were wise enough to look a bit deeper than the title.
I picked this thread to comment on as it seemed to be the only one concerned about the sudden charge for the 1571 service, which I didnt think I even had, prior to the introduction of the charge.....also thinking that duplicate threads often get merged.Couponing....."every little hurts"
