Sony should ensure they don't charge people for stuff which they say is free. It's there mistake and they should pay.0

I NEVER call premium rate numbers... sometimes I send an email and invite the business to call me, sometimes I just do everything with an old-fashioned letter.
I suggest that once you have received a printed bill showing the cost of your telephone call, you WRITE to them and enclose a copy.0 -
Yeah why not just ask here for their local number or ask them for their local number or ask them for a call back?
Or borrow someone's landline! I don't have a landline so I use the phone at work or my mum's.
