  • I'm glad I didn't mention the several boxes surrounding the wine rack now, including some bottles bought in France and the home made wine too :D

Getting slightly worried about the home made wine that OH started in August, a nice redcurrant. It is STILL fermenting

Scamps - surely a joint savings account is just that, joint, and should be jointly shared.

M&S coupon shop today - £10 meal deal (veggie), 3 ready meals, 3 tins of soup, plus reduced tub of flapjack (not in pic, also millionaire shortbread not in pic - forgot to include!). Got the flapjack as I was unsure about wine price (no SEL), so got it to make sure the total was over £25.
    Total £27.63 ... £7.63 to pay.
This was at SS till, and SA was stood next to me the whole time (I was only customer), watched me scan both coupons, even watched me accidentally put both coupons in the carrier bag (oops!), and even watched me put just one £10 note in slot to pay. He never batted an eyelid. Must be my cheeky smile.
Thanks to lots of people here for advice and tips about this, :T
    and particular thanks to DesparateScousewife:A:A:A

I'd done my homework before I went, and drawn up a list of all the possible options, with RRPs, offers, and totals before discount. Then worked out several different buying options, which I scribbled down on another list.

Where did I say SS killed these kids?

SS have let QOC's nephew down thus far and will bear responsibility if anything happens to him. Relect on that.

    stop covering your colleagues backs.

    Rant over.

You attributed blame, I pointed this out.

SS act on the quality of the information given, in a balance way. The consideration has to be what information was given, the concerns are in relation to emotional harm which is extremely difficult to prove, it becomes a case of he said/she said, and harms children further. SS can only act on evidence.

Not covering backs.. pointing out the facts.

I am not arguing Locarr, but I strongly believe in children's rights and work very hard for these. It is a hard life, with my children using different names in schools, alarms in the house, Osmand warnings, significant threats and assaults.... long hours and rubbish pay. I do not accept criticism of ss from anyone that has not walked a step in a social workers footsteps!

I am still :o that no one else seems to have got any.

I was hoping for something sparkly have you ever had any FC? These boxes have certainly been a well kept secret. ;)

The £48 red was in stock when I ordered the other evening but I decided at £4 a bottle was well above my usual margin, £3 was pushing it to be honest. But I didn't hang around to look for any codes. :rotfl:

Yes, Ive had the sparkly boxes twice. £50 for 6 bottles though. One had 2 high end (£40+) bottles in and one had 4 :D and everything else in them was quality as well. Mostly champers and a few good sparkly wines. Not for everyone, but I was happy. They don't come up often though.
The boxes aren't usually as cheap....I've never saw them as low as £36 before
