My hitler has said i must go to a charity shop for 30 hrs a week as a placement. I already do voluntary work which I would have to leave to go there?

Is this right.

How ignorant you are. Please learn some basic history and then explain how you can compare your advisor to Hitler.

The reason JSA claimants get a hard time is because of people like you.

Yes, you do not get to choose if you want to stay in receipt of benefits.

As your current voluntary work has not lead to you finding a job, its probably time for a change anyway, so you should be grateful for the opportunity.

He is not a dictator in the way that Hitler was, was he? You make yourself a target due to your attitude.

Yes it might, because if you get fed up of getting up every morning and going to work for no pay, you might just decide to look for a real job instead .

    Be happy...;)
  • Very few people get proper paid jobs out of doing all this charity stuff. At its best it gives a person something to do, gets them out of the house and provides a reference if your lucky.
I've known plenty of people work do all this and their still unemployed. Its just so that the Government is seen to be doing something.
These exploiting charities are getting their just desserts a bit now though as a lot of people are stopping donating to some of the really bad ones.

oh please are you only on here to have a go at those on benefits?

Slave labour is a well known and fair term for what the OP is describing.

    Stop with the false outrage.

No false outrage here, just pointing out the OP's disgraceful attitude, gives insight as to why they are long term unemployed.

Slave labour implies no payment - the OP is receiving JSA, housing costs, free healthcare etc. Another one that needs to look to the history books and see how far removed this is from true slavery.
