No I don't know what you mean at all.

You still haven't been sent anywhere have you.

Read my posts. He withdrew it because he agreed i was right and as i was already doing voluntary work it was ok.
incompetent swine. If i hadnt of reminded him they were all set to send me to a charity shop.

People who have been in trouble with the police are sometimes askec to work in them as a kind of communith payback. Whats hard to understand about that.

jobseekers should not be working alongside people who are doing it as a punishment.

    but workers should?
  • AP007, it is quite obvious she is referring (rightly) to Community Payback which can include stints working in charity shops.

I think the difference is, a worker is getting at least the min wage, you can not compare a worker being paid a wage, with someone doing it free as part of community service.

By making those on benefits do this work for free, you are putting them on the same footing as those on community service i.e doing it for free.

Red Devil makes a clear point, for those who are feigning not to understood that point, are only making themselves look daft, not Red Devil.

I did read your posts particularly the FIRST ONE where you said nothing at all about withdrawing anything!

Sorry what's hard to understand? Community pay back I am sure wont have much to do with charity shops.

I know nothing about courts and community pay backs but maybe you do.

The OP didn't say anything until post 26 about the JC withdrawing yet posts a thread saying that they have been sent to a mandated work placement.

    Odd.

Let's just say I know more than you about the subject having worked in the criminal justice system in various roles.

Community payback can and often does include working in the same sort of placements that the JCP mandate people on.
