I'm on the 0% balance transfer for life, so unfortunately will have to miss out on this

Is it worth ringing them to ask or do they just send you a letter?
Edit: Rang them - they had no idea about this???0 -
When does the cashback get paid?0
-
£20 a month is still quite generous if using the card only selectively over 6 months - £120 possible (is that also mentioned?)Got the letter about this today. It's limited to £20 cashback a month, so £400 max spend a month. Sadly my Barclaycard is on 2.9% life of BT offer, so not worth getting 5% cashback only to pay their 24.9% rip off rate!
Edit: obviously didn't get letter today, as it's 12:15am, Royal Mail ain't that efficient!.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
Ok people , I just got off the phone from BC and they state that they do have plans to bring out a cashback scheme !!
BUT and its a big but , it is pointless ringing them up at least for the next 4 weeks .
They have no idea who can get the cashback also when it is going to start and have no details about it at all .
They say the best think to do is ring in 4 weeks and they willbe more than happy to help anyone out who wants to apply and by that time they will have details of the scheme and wether its all card or just some cards etc etc etc , the scheme is due to start around the end of July or the first few weeks in August.
The also knew it was on this website and said they had lots of calls lol !!!!
Hope this helps the ones who havent called yet (the ones that have will know this already)0 -

How did this start again?
Are we the subject of that internet marketing technique thingy - were they release details of something over the internet before it is released so that it causes a clamber for it when it is finally released?0 -
probably, just as long as they DO give 5% cash back for 6 months,I signed up last night but have had no confirmation regarding its progress or even if i have been accepted.0

i've got a letter here, dated May 2007 stating "good news we've lowered your interest rate to 0% on purchases until Jan 2008"
