Had a terrible couple of weeks totalling blowing out, frighteningly so, for no reason whatsoever. Boss had me in last Friday saying she was concerned that I'm becoming "forgetful" more and more these days.... and I'm looking at her wondering if she's checking the whites of my eyes or checking to see if she can smell alcohol from the night before. It's given me quite a shock and I definitely know that drinking too much causes memory loss, so I'm really going to try to get back to the great start I had in January and tonight is my 2nd AF since for March.
